A 44-inch repeat announces itself. Uzbek Large Scale — the floral tradition of Central Asia rendered at a scale that makes most patterns look like they're whispering. Blues, green, royal, periwinkle, jungle green — seven colorways, each one named by the designer who commissioned them, which means these names exist nowhere else in the Quadrille standard archive. You cannot cross-reference them. You can only see them.
53½ inches wide, 55% linen, 45% cotton, handprinted in America on Belgian ground. The fourth and fifth photos show the scale. It is, as advertised, large.
First time this version has appeared at the outlet. The husband in the photo was not consulted. The room clearly didn't need his input.
