If Zebre is the abyss of the savannah, Zig Zag is the pulse of the greenhouse. It is Zebra-adjacent in the way that a heartbeat is adjacent to a drum—the same math, just a different tempo. I’m looking at this Forest Green on the Aeron chair, and it feels like a McKinsey strategy for a garden party in 1985; it’s sharp, it’s angular, and it’s perfectly outdoor-rated for the chaos of a life lived on the terrace.

The Josh Ritter track on the B&W speakers is singing about 'getting ready to go,' and this pattern is already there. It has the energy of those old printers, translating a jungle canopy into a series of 1-inch percussive leaps. This is for the designer who doesn't want the animal; they want the animal’s frequency. It’s the scene that William Goldman left out of the book—the one where the hero realizes that the shortest path between two points is a jagged, beautiful green line.
