My cousin on Belgian linen will tell you about 17th-century Venetian court intrigue, about masked balls and palazzo symmetry and the whispered subversion of the decorative order. That’s the indoor Veneto. The one who stays up late and speaks in riddles.

I am the Veneto who goes outside.

Same washed damask. Same geometry that has been making rooms behave since the Doge’s Palace was a construction site. But I’m printed on American Suncloth — 100% acrylic, handprinted in the USA on ground woven in the USA — which means I can do everything my linen cousin does except worry. Rain doesn’t alarm me. Sun doesn’t fade me on the first pass. A glass of rosé spilled at the patio table is not a crisis but a Tuesday.

Denim Blue and Dark Blue on white — two blues doing the work that one blue can’t, creating the depth that makes a washed damask look washed rather than merely printed. The repeat is two and a half inches, which is tiny, which means from any distance I read as texture rather than pattern. Get closer and the structure reveals itself. That’s how the best fabrics work. And the best Venetians.

This is a custom color so will NOT match any other Quadrille fabrics with the same name.  Designers may choose any name they like for custom colors.

Suncloth is a synthetic fabric designed for more rugged use. While it is suitable for outdoors, please note that continuous exposure to direct sun and/or chlorinated water will cause fading.
