This is a garden - silhouettes of leaves and blooms, layered and loose, the way a real garden looks when you stop trying to identify every plant and just let it be beautiful. And it is happy - not in a greeting-card way, but in the way a room feels when the light is right and you suddenly don't want to be anywhere else.
Custom Lavender on tinted Belgian linen/cotton. Lavender that's closer to wisteria than to nursery - a purple with gray in it, a purple that's been outside. The 41" repeat is large enough to let the garden breathe but not so large that you lose the pattern on a chair.
Nine yards available in two pieces, same dyelot - enough for the bedroom that finally feels like yours. Enough for the headboard in the guest room that makes people sleep better than they do at home.
