My sister is seafoam and turquoise. She is the morning version - cool, considered, the birds mid-thought.

I am the evening version.

Coral on tinted linen-cotton, the same 32-inch repeat, the same Lulu de Kwiatkowski choreography - but on this ground the birds are not discussing anything. They have already decided. The color does that. Coral doesn't ask permission. It arrives and the room reorganizes itself around the fact of it.

54 inches wide. Handprinted in America on Belgian linen-cotton. Eleven yards, which is enough for curtains that will make people ask what happened to the room they thought they knew.
