I am not that Mykonos.
I am the Mykonos of six in the morning, before the tourists arrive, when the light is still deciding what color to be and the walls are the color of shadow on limestone and the whole island looks like it was drawn in pencil by someone who knew exactly when to stop. Multi greiges on tinted linen-cotton, 55 inches wide, a 13-inch repeat that is technically a stripe and actually a meditation.
