Cocoon cloth is what happens when someone decides that regular cotton is trying too hard. It’s got a slightly nubby, irregular hand that comes from the weave structure itself, not from anything printed or applied afterward. The natural color isn’t white and it isn’t beige - it’s the color of cotton that hasn’t been bleached into submission, which means it’s basically the color of honesty.

This is the fabric equivalent of good bones. It doesn’t compete, it anchors. Use it for slipcovers that can survive actual living. Use it for curtains that want to filter light without making a production out of it. Use it anywhere you need textile presence without textile drama.

Ten yards means you’ve got options: a sofa slipcover for a standard three-seater, or curtains for three decent-sized windows, or enough yardage to upholster a daybed and still have remnants for pillows that read as “I had extra fabric” rather than “I bought coordinating pillows.”
