A geometry that refuses to sit still. Melinda’s interlocking maze of angles creates the optical illusion of depth and movement on a flat plane - the eye keeps trying to find the pattern’s endpoint and keeps being pulled deeper in. It’s the visual equivalent of a conversation you can’t walk away from.

The design walks a precise line between mid-century graphic boldness and something more ancient - there’s an echo of Greek key, of Aztec textile, of Art Deco ironwork. It doesn’t belong to any single era, which is why it refuses to date.

The plot twist.

Nobody arrives at a custom color by accident. Somewhere, a designer looked at every shrimp Melinda officially came in and said: close, but not my shrimp. So the tint was mixed to order, the screens were pulled, and Lot J67142 A came off the printing tables exactly once. What you’re looking at is the remainder of that very particular decision.

Custom Shrimp on Tint takes the same uncompromising geometry and asks: what if it laughed? The warm coral on tinted ground gives the pattern an earthiness that plays beautifully with rattan, with natural wood, with rooms that get actual sunlight and aren’t embarrassed about it.
