Westover is a custom ground used for upholstery - it is heavier than linen cotton and has a distinctive herringbone weave (which is visible in the photos),

Orange in this case appears to be a very reddish orange... second photo shows the full width of the fabric.  Last image is a closeup to show the WESTOVER ground... it has a visible texture that is not present for a standard linen/cotton.
