Quadrille Fabric: Sheridan Floral - Custom Multi Reds on Light Tinted Cotton

I was made on a table that no longer exists, by hands that learned their craft from people who learned it from people. The screen that printed me was built for one fabric and one fabric only — mine. It will not print another.

The blues went first. They always do.

What's left is this: sixteen yards of red. Not decorative red. Not holiday red. The red that a hand-printer in Rhode Island chose on a specific day, mixed to a specific depth, and pulled across linen that came from somewhere else entirely and ended up here.
