Paisley began as a pine cone in Kashmir, traveled to Persia, arrived in the Scottish town that gave it its Western name, and spent the next three centuries being claimed by everyone who encountered it. I am its most recent iteration - Custom Multi Greens on tan European linen, handprinted in the USA, appearing in this outlet so rarely that finding me here is the textile equivalent of a fortunate Monday.

Three lots, sixteen yards between them, each lot so close in colorway that the difference between them is the kind of thing only the most precise eye would detect and the most particular client would care about. Two yards for the chair that needs a statement. Five yards for the curtains that need authority. Nine yards for the project that already knows exactly what it's doing. The Pasha doesn't explain himself. He simply arrives, and the room reorganizes itself accordingly.
